This Privacy Policy explains how Thai Lottery King ("the app", "we") handles your information. By using the app you agree to this policy. The app is an independent lottery-results utility and is not affiliated with the Government Lottery Office (GLO).
1. Information we collect
- Anonymous account: we sign you in with Firebase Anonymous Authentication. This creates a random ID. We do not collect your name, email, or phone number.
- Data you create: lottery numbers you save, your scan/check history, a chat display name and avatar you choose, and chat messages or images you send. Chat messages and images are automatically deleted after 2 hours.
- Device & usage data: via Google Analytics for Firebase and Google AdMob, we and our partners may process app usage events, a device advertising identifier, IP address, device model, and OS version.
2. How we use information
- To show lottery results and let you check and save your numbers.
- To operate the live group chat and apply moderation (block/report).
- To measure app performance and show advertising.
- To send optional notifications about new results (you can disable these).
3. Advertising
We use Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob may use a device advertising ID to serve and measure ads. On first launch we request consent where required (e.g. EU/UK and Apple App Tracking Transparency). You can reset or limit ad tracking in your device settings. See Google's advertising policies.
4. Sharing & third parties
We do not sell your personal data. Data is processed by our service providers: Google Firebase (authentication, database, storage, analytics, messaging) and Google AdMob. Their handling is described in Google's Privacy Policy and Firebase Privacy.
5. Data retention & deletion
Chat messages and uploaded images are deleted automatically after 2 hours. Other data tied to your anonymous account is kept while the app is in use. To request deletion of your data, contact us at the email below and include any information that helps us locate your records.
6. Children
This app is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). It references lottery results and is intended for a general adult audience.
7. Your rights
Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
